BSMS AGM 2023

The Bishop’s Stortford Men’s Shed AGM for 2023 will be held at 7.30pm on Monday 21st August at the Wheatsheaf Pub, 28 Northgate End, Bishop’s Stortford CM23 2EU.

There are a bunch of documents that we’ll use at the meeting, all available here.

The documents are in Dropbox and you may get a pop-up asking you to join Dropbox if you don’t already have an account. Ignore that (“X” it off) and you should be able to access the docs directly..

The referenced documents are as follows.

• Agenda
• Minutes from the last AGM
• Trustees Report and Accounts for 2022-23
• In the meeting we need to approve some updates to the Constitution.
  • The old Constitution
  • The new Constitution with change bars showing, well, what has changed

After the AGM we will hold elections for the Exec Committee. This is a group appointed by the Trustees to run the shed day-to-day. The charter for the Exec Committee can be found here
